GLAD

I'm thankful for a lot; thankful for all I've got.
My car, my shoes, the electronics I use.
The trees the sky, and every butterfly.
I'm grateful for my pals and the excitement they bring.
I'm grateful for music, and the ability to sing.
My clothes, my body, and even my face,
Im grateful for earth, and every human race.

My school, my tools, and the receptionist's booking,
My home, my room, and especially Mom's cooking.
I'm thankful for Family; my eternal friends.
I'm thankful for every penny my father lends.

My teachers, my leaders, and my beloved Prophet,
the future, the edge, and the ability to jump off it. (metaphorically)
I'm grateful for the gospel and the happiness it offers,
I'm grateful for my Savior and the love that he proffers.
My soul, my knowledge, the hope that I have,
the things I am grateful for- my cause to be GLAD.
